On Friday the 14th of May Sty Itas played host to a very much understrenght Bride Rovers side in this league match. With points in the first half from  Michael Daly, Ed Coleman, Gerry McCarthy, Luke O Brien, Finbar Foley and Goals from Seamie Harnedy and Luke O Brien St Itas were well on top Bride Rovers scored a single point from play. The scoreline at half time was St Itas 3-8 Bride Rovers 0-1

The second half was very much the same as the first half with St Itas pressing forward all the time with ten minutes to go Bride Rovers forward hit a long ball along the ground from the 45 and in the sun Padraig O Brien must have been blinded as it went straight into the net. To compound matter by now St Itas were very relaxed with the game well out of Bride Rovers reach when another ball from distance rolled into the back of the net. the final score was St Itas 5-18 to Bride Rovers 2-1
